Attend to the walk-in customer on enquiries, purchases, or any assistance needed Provide shoppers with professional/unbiased sales and product advice Maintain and provide good customer service level at all times Provide prompt follow up on required actions, customer’s issues/enquiries/deliveries Carry out daily area cleaning before store operations and during operation hours when necessary Ensuring products are well merchandised, price ticketing are put up in accordance with company guidelines, display units and areas are clean and tidy at all times Achieve target set by the company and monthly Sales / Gross Profit budgets set by the retail manager Participate in ad-hoc duties or events being assigned by the retail managers or direct superior when required Adherence to the company’s policies, code of conduct and operational procedures
