Summary: The Sales Representative is responsible for the profitability of the business by developing long and short-term sales goals which include increasing distribution of listed products, execution of sales and marketing program, picture of success on the visibility of our portfolio of brands and achieving monthly targets. Job Description: - Develop and achieve sales goals (KPI/Target) in the assigned areas. Provide day-to-day sales/operation updates to achieve monthly sales targets - Ensure area coverage based on assigned route plan, open new accounts, provide excellent service and build strong customer relationship. Liaise and coordinate with external and internal staff on ordering of products - Identifying potential hit list and secure distribution to increase market penetration, share and revenue. Provide regular feedbacks on the sales performance of our products, store and display issues and competitors activities - Ensure accurate and prompt collection of market information to be used for strategic channel planning - Support channel activities in distribution audit and adhoc duties as and when required Requirements: - GCE 'N'/'O' Levels / NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma - At least 1 year of Sales experience - FMCG experience is preferred
