General Job Description: At SFT, our sales team is the engine that drives our regional wholesale network in premium baby essentials. We are seeking a qualified sales manager to help keep our revenue engine running and to form and lead a team of sales representatives for the Singapore market. Our ideal sales manager has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excel at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We’re seeking a motivated and quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and ability to support the management in maintaining a high-performance sales force. Detailed Job Description: To establish and develop close working relationship with business partners, distributors and online partners within Singapore market. To develop their sales efficiency and maximize the sales. Hold regular performance and planning reviews with channel partners and sales team to ensure company sales quota and targets are met Analyse the strength and weaknesses of current POS and be able to develop a sales and business strategy. Ensuring visual merchandising at partner POS kept to company standard. Working closely with Management on sales activity and be part of trade fairs and shows. Constantly providing constructive feedback to the Management on various operational and marketing aspects. Understand the market and business on a deep level, spending time with business partners and sharing insights with Management. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Channel Management and Retail sales experience preferred (at least 3-5 years and above). Experience with online retail industry would be a plus. Persuasiveness/Sales Ability. Aggressive focus on goals and continuous improvement. Consistent track record in the quota achievement and growth. Be conscientious and reliable, follow-up quickly and consistently. Professional manner, maturity and outstanding customer & partner skills. Good communication skills. Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus. Experience and passion in baby essentials and contemporary brands will be added advantages. Independent and good team player, good personality. A self-directed learner who possesses high levels of initiative and willingness to learn. Ability to adapt to changes and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good computer skills and netiquette.
