As a Silva Retail Executive, you are responsible for delivering a great client experience, building our brand one customer at a time and ultimately driving our business through sales. You should demonstrate a strong commitment to service, a genuine curiosity and interest in people, authenticity, fashion & style sensibility, and exceptional selling skills. The ideal candidate also understands how to be a team player, is savvy about the visual and operational aspects of the role, and is above all, committed. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Customer Service and Sales: ● Being a brand ambassador reflecting the company core values ● Ensuring the very best levels of customer service. ● Selling, directing and driving sales. ● Offering a personal shopping and styling experience to our clients. ● Delivering the monthly and seasonal sales targets and working closely with the team to do so. ● Ensuring that customers are added to the Database. ● Maintaining a Customer book of key customers and VIP’s. ● Leading by example when it comes to follow-up and clienteling. ● Managing after sales-service of client’s Be Team Player/Buddy ● Demonstrate a high degree of maturity and integrity. ● Lead by example and model behavior that reflects the company's core values. ● Manage conflict professionally and take ownership for your part in the team dynamic. ● Share weekly sales report and insights with the team ● Contribute to a positive atmosphere that is fun, professional, productive and team oriented. Stock Management: ● Working closely with the Operations team to ensure healthy stock levels ● Keeping stock replenished and stock rooms tidy. ● Conducting regular stocktakes. The Ideal Candidate Attitude: ● A highly motivated and competent individual able to converse confidently at all levels both internally and externally with staff and clientele. ● Passion for People, Design, Jewellery and Gemstones ● A self-starter able to set the standard by their own professionalism and attitude. ● Comfortable working in a fast paced retail environment. ● Must be energetic, self-motivated and self-organised. ● Willingness to work hard and always have the intention to drive the business forward. ● Being able to work on several tasks at a time. ● Be capable of working to deadlines / ability to prioritise / optimal time management.
