Together with your teammates, you will ensure that your in-store business is commercial and efficient day-to-day. You are also open to working in different locations to support and grow the network. Digital – As retail continues to evolve, you will have the freedom to discover new ways to build your business through social media and other digital channels. You will also be the ambassador for our Decathlon app. Partnerships – Once your business is thriving in-store and online, you can reach out to your community and work with your local sports clubs/schools/businesses to develop partnerships. Here is where you will apply your networking skills in order to strengthen your brand and to make your sport accessible within your community. Customer Service – Your customers will always be your number one priority. You will have the means to listen to their feedback in order to make improvements to your business and constantly provide a 5-star shopping experience. You will be an ambassador for the Click & Collect concept; creating a seamless omni-channel shopping experience for your customers. Creativity – You will choose the best product offering for your customer by adapting your business to the current market. Entrepreneurship – You will listen to the needs of your customers to satisfy the sporting needs of your community. You will be the owner and decision-maker contributing to your sport's Profit & Loss.
