Job Description Generate new business leads to establish high acquisition numbers. Manage and strengthen the relationship with existing commercial & industrial customers. Tasks include contract renewal, novation, account closure and other operational issues. Generate and respond to sales leads timely and effectively. Monitor sales pipeline and provide monthly and weekly sales report to HOD. Work closely with the Commercial Account Management team to develop and implement sales and service strategies to achieve committed targets. Adhere to established guidelines, procedures and quality standards set by Management. Ensure proper documentation and compliance to the retail procedures for all acquisitions and renewals. Job Requirements Minimum Diploma in Business or Engineering Preferably three (3) years of relevant commercial sales experience * Motivated to achieve the KPIs and adaptable both as individual and team player
