Responsibilities Planning and delivery of a customer relationship strategy (in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and other stakeholders). Provide analytics, insights and improvement actions for all digital channels such as social, website, email marketing and display ads Research new and innovative online marketing techniques for the company to adopt. Requirement: Experience in analyzing data and delivering insights and opportunities to grow the business. Experience in CRM and a good understanding of customer journey creation. Degree or diploma holder, with a minimum of 4 years digital marketing experience. A go-getter and creative individual. Able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
