We combine the job portal with physical job fairs spread across the year at a convenient location near the heartlands and conduct zoom sessions to reach hiring employers quickly.

Under the employer registration form, enter your business name, UEN number, ACRA, postal code, and login details. Once you have submitted the form, we will send an email verification link to the email address you have registered for your account at Qood. Do check your email and follow the instructions given to verify your email address. Click here to sign up.
After verifying your email, please wait while we verify your Qood account. We will update you through your email once we have verified your account. Verified accounts are given access to create job postings and more.
Manage your account on your ‘qood dashboard’. You can edit your main profile, your subsidiaries and all your published jobs, as well as view your applicants and the latest news here.
Under the tab ‘subsidiary’, click on the button 'add a subsidiary' and enter all the information needed. Once added, please wait while we verify the new company. You will be given an update through your given email once verified. Start creating job postings and more under your subsidiary company.
To manage your subsidiary company, change your 'view as' from the main company to your subsidiary company under your ‘qood dashboard’. You are then able to edit your subsidiary company's profile and published jobs as well as view their applicants and latest news.
To add a team member and make them an admin, click the 'profile' tab under your ‘qood dashboard’. Under the 'team' tab, add a member and enter their information such as their name, email address, mobile number, and subsidiary.
To start creating job posts, click on the 'create a new job' header. Change the company you are posting it for under the 'for' tab at the side. Once changed, you can now enter information such as the job description, benefits, requirements, description, and base salary.
You also have a choice of publishing it right away or setting a date for it to be published, automatically or manually.
To manage your job postings, click on 'qood jobs' under your ‘qood dashboard’. You can duplicate, share, archive, delete, enable/disable, and extend your job postings here.
A job posting's default validity period is only 15 days. An extension of another 15 days is possible at any point of time during its validity period. Once the validity period has passed, the posting will automatically expire.
You are only allowed to delete a job posting if there are no applicants for the position.
If there are job seekers who had already applied for the job, you only have the option of disabling the posting, which closes the position for the other job seekers.
Do reject the applicant through our portal and indicate in your explanation that they did not turn up for the interview.

Though Qood is a free platform for all, you need to create a Qood account for verification purposes to enjoy Qood features such as job application, training, and more.
Under the job seeker registration form, enter your basic information and login details. Once you have submitted the form, we will send an email verification link to the email address you have registered for your Qood account. Do check your email and follow the instructions given to verify your email address. Click here to sign up.
Once your email has been verified, you are given access to Qood features such as job application, training, and more.
To manage your account, head to your ‘qood dashboard’. From there, you can edit your profile and job preferences as well as view your saved/applied jobs.
No, they cannot. Once you have sent in your application, the company would only see your date of birth, resume, and highest qualification to determine if you are suitable for the job.
To start applying for jobs, you can click on the 'search jobs' header. Under that tab, you can search jobs by keywords and refine your search based on what suits your needs.

Choose to either apply right away or save that job for future application. See your applied and saved jobs under the 'my qood jobs' on your ‘qood dashboard’.
You can find all the jobs you have saved and applied for under the tab 'my qood jobs' on your ‘qood dashboard’.
Job postings are only valid for 15 days unless extended or disabled by the company.
Qood will notify you when there is progress in your job application via your Qood account and your registered email address.
You will be notified once you have been shortlisted for an interview, been rejected, or hired for the job. Do continue to check your email for progress updates.
